Helping Professionals Make
Confident Retirement Decisions
Hi, I'm Amber Qixia Ensberg.
I spent more than a decade at Boeing solving complex business problems through data, analysis, and structured decision-making. Today, I apply that same analytical approach to retirement education and case study research.
Through educational retirement case studies, I explore real-world retirement scenarios to help professionals better understand the trade-offs behind important financial decisions. My goal is not to recommend one solution for everyone, but to provide clear frameworks that help people make informed decisions based on their own priorities.
This website is an educational resource where I share retirement research, case studies, and practical insights as I continue learning alongside the professionals I work with.
What You'll Find on This Website
📄 Educational Case Studies

Why this project?
While serving in the Boeing Employees Investment Club, I realized many employees faced similar retirement questions but very different personal priorities. These case studies were created to help illustrate how different retirement decisions may lead to different outcomes, without recommending a single solution for everyone.
If these case studies help you think differently about your own retirement decisions, you're welcome to explore the Case Studies or request an educational retirement analysis.
